Hellenes believed that there was a deity for nearly everything, although many of these deities were essentially human traits or goals personified. Here's a brief listing of some of the lesser deities.
Achelous~ God of the river bearing the same name. He is of dubious parentage, although most sources say that his is the son of Oceanus and Tethys. Achelous is said to have had an affair with Melpomene and to have fathered the Sirens with her.
Acis~ God of the Acis River, near Etna.
Aeolus~ God of the Winds
Alpheus~ God of the River Alpheus, son of Oceanus and Tethys. Alpheus fell in love with Artemis, only to find his advances repeatedly rebuffed.
Ananke~ Goddess of Absolute Obligation and Necessity, daughter of the Titan Cronus. Ananke is a deity who is involved primarily in matters of intellect and logic.
Asclepius~ God of Medicine, son of Apollo. He was later known as the Roman Aesculapius.
Asopus~ God of the River Asopus. His parentage is a bit unclear. Some believe that he is the son of Poseidon and Pero, of Zeus and Eurynome, or of Oceanus and Tethys.
Asteria~ Daughter of Coeus and Phoebe. She was Perses' lover. The Goddess Hecate was borne of this union.
Ate~ She was a minor Goddess that represented Divine Error. According to mythos, Ate's feet never touched the ground. Instead, She walked upon the heads of mortals, who never new of her presence.
Bia~ A Lesser Goddess, She was Violence Personified.
Charites~ Three Goddesses named Euphrosyne, Thalia, and Aglaea. The Charites are generally considered to be the daughters of Zeus and Eurynome. They were the Goddesses of Beauty and Vegetation. Their duty was to spread the joy of Nature in the hearts of the Gods and man. The Divine Trio are frequently described as singing and providing great merriment with the Muses. The Charites are depicted as standing together nude, one facing to the left, one facing to the right, and the one in the center facing away from all of them. In Roman mythology, they were known as the Graces.
Ceto~ Sea Goddess, she was actually a sea monster, more reviled than revered. Ceto's parents were Pontus and Gaia.
Chaos~ God of the Void. He existed before Creation, and from him was borne Nyx (night), Erebus, Hemara (day), and Air. Chaos was the son of Chronus.
Cratus~ God of Strength, brother of Bia.
Cybele~ Goddess of Phrygia. She was considered the Great Mother of that region. Cybele was the successful growth of Nature in that region. Greek mythographers considered her to be a local renaming of the Queen Goddess Hera.
Daphnis~ Demi-God of Cattle. He was the son of Apollo and an unnamed Nymph. He was incredibly beautiful and was the object of affection for many a nymph and mortal woman.
Deimus~ God of Terror. He was born from Aphrodite's affair with Ares, and was a constant companion to the God of War.
Eilithyia~ Goddess of Healthy Deliveries, daughter of Zeus and Hera.
Enipeus~ River God of Thessaly region. The Nymph Tyro fell madly in love with Him, only to find her advances rebuffed.
Eos~ Goddess of the Dawn, daughter of the Titans Hyperion and Theia. Her siblings were Helios and Selene.
Enyo~ A War Goddess, she is said to be Ares' daughter and is frequently described as part of his entourage. Enyo is depicted as a violent-looking woman, covered in blood. Greek equivalent of Bellona.
Erebus~ God of the Infernal Shades. He was believed to be the son of Chaos.
Eridanus~ A mythical river god. Sometimes, the river Eridanus is thought to be the River Po or the Rhone.
Erinyes~ Violent Goddesses, often referred to as "Eumenides" (meaning "the kindly ones") to avoid their wrath. They are often viewed as "the Fates" and had no laws other than their own. As belief in the afterlife developed, they came to be viewed as the divinities of infernal punishment.
Eris~ A minor goddess who personified Strife. She was said to be Ares' sister and His companion. Eris was said to be borne from Zeus to create competition in the world. Her children were Ponos, Lethe, Limos, Algos, and Horcus. Eris was said to have given Paris the apple meant for the most beautiful Goddess, which caused the Trojan War.

Hebe~ The Goddess of Youth, daughter of Hera and Zeus. Hebe was the ultimate personification of youth. She acted as divine serving girl until her marriage to Heracles.
Helios~ The Sun itself as a deity or demi-god, prior to the rise of Apollo. He was the son of Titans Hyperion and Theia, and the brother of Eos (the Dawn) and Selene (the Moon). As a child of the Titans, he is pre-Olympian.
Hemara~ Goddess of the Day. She was one of the daughters of Nyx.

Hybris~ Goddess of Insolence, daughter of Corus.
Hygieia~ Goddess of Health, daughter of Asclepius. There are no myths surrounding her. Stories about her can only be found regarding her as a member of Asclepius's followers.

Hypnus~ The God of Sleep. He is the son of night and Erebus, and the twin brother of Thanatos.
Iaso~ Goddess of Healing. She is the daughter of Asclepius and the sister of Hygieia. She has a sanctuary at Oropus.

Ladon~ River God, son of Oceanus and Teuthys. He was the father of the nymph Daphne.
Lethe~ Goddess of Oblivion and daughter of Eris (Goddess of Discord), and possibly the mother of the Charites. Her name was given to the river of Oblivion in the Underworld. The dead drank from that river to forget their life on earth.

Limos~ Goddess of Hunger, daughter of Eris. She is just a conceptual creation and doesn't appear in mythology.

Momus~ Sarcasm personified, daughter of Nyx and sister of the Hesperides.
Morpheus~ God of Dreams, son of Hypnus.
Nemesis~ Goddess of Divine Vengeance, daughter of Nyx, sister of Momus and numerous other lesser deities.
Nereids~ Sea Goddesses. There are believed to be fifty or more nereids, all of which are the daughters of Nereus and Doris.
Nereus~ The Old Man of the Sea, He is the son of Gaia (Earth) and Pontus (High Seas), as well as the father of the Nereids.
Nike~ Goddess of Divine Victory. She is the daughter of Pallas and Styx, and older than the Olympians. Nike is portrayed as a winged woman always flying swiftly.
Nilus~ God of the River Nile.
Notus~ God of the South Wind and son of Eos. Notus has no myths about him.
Nyx~ Goddess of the Night. From her was borne sleep (Hypnus), sarcasm (Momus), vengeance (Nemesis), and a host of other deities representing concepts.

Proteus~ God of the Sea, granted the task of tending flocks of seals and other sea-creatures that belonged to Poseidon. He could change himself into any form that He wished, including an element. He is generally said to live on Pharos, an island not far from the mouth of the river Nile.

Sangarius~ River God.
Selene~ Goddess of the Moon, daughter of Hyperion and Theia. She was depicted as a beautiful young woman riding a silver chariot, pulled by two shining silver horses. Selene was also known for her numerous love affairs, including unions resulting in children with Zeus, Pan, and Endymion. She was also the mother of the hero Naxos.
Simois~ God of Simois River in Troy.
Spercheius~ God of the Spercheius River, Achilles' brother-in-law, and son of Oceanus and Tethys.
Strymon~ God of the Strymon River in Thace.
Styx~ Goddess of the River Styx, the river of the underworld. She's of uncertain parentage, often said to be either the oldest child of Oceanus and Tethys or the child of Nyx (Night) and Erebus (Darkness). Styx and Zeus are also the parents of Nike, Zelus, Cratus, and Bia. She and her children supported Zeus during the famed "Clash of the Titans".
Tanais~ God of the River Don. Son of Oceanus and Tethys.
Thanatos~ God of Death, son of night and of Erebus. His twin brother was Sleep, or Hypnus. Thanatos was portrayed as a male winged spirit. There are no myths involving Him.
Triteia~
Triton~ Sea God, the son of Poseidon and Amphitrite.
Tyche~ The Goddess of Chance, she had no myths surrounding her. Tyche was generally drawn as blind.
Zelus~ The God of Zeal and Emulation. He was the son of Styx and Oceanus, and the brother of Nike, Bia, and Cratus.
Zephyrus~ God of the West Wind.
